Delicious and a quick meal to prepare and cook.
Ingredients
- 1 kg Prawns, shelled and deveined
- 2 Red Capsicum, deseeded and cut into 1cm strips
- 500 gm Sugar Snap Peas, tailed
- 2 tbps Oyster Sauce
- 2 tsp Fish sauce
- 4 cloves Garlic, peeled and grated
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Rice bran oil or Vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp Xiao Xing Wine
- 1 tbsp Fresh Ginger, grated
- Chilli optional
Instructions
- Heat a wok on high and add oils.
- Now add the prawns, ginger and chilli (optional) and cook stirring for 2 minutes.
- Add the garlic, snap peas and capsicum, stir to mix well, then add the wine and stir again.
- Now add the sauces, stirring and cook for for a further 10 minutes and serve with steamed rice.
Notes
Same recipe can be used to make stir fried noodles. Just add the noodles.
