Ingredients

Prawns, shelled and deveined

Red Capsicum, deseeded and cut into 1cm strips

Sugar Snap Peas, tailed

Oyster Sauce
2
tsp
Fish sauce
4
cloves
Garlic, peeled and grated

tsp
Sesame oil

tbsp
Rice bran oil or Vegetable oil

Xiao Xing Wine

Fresh Ginger, grated
Chilli

Instructions
Heat a wok on high and add oils.
Now add the prawns, ginger and chilli (optional) and cook stirring for 2 minutes.
Add the garlic, snap peas and capsicum, stir to mix well, then add the wine and stir again.
Now add the sauces, stirring and cook for for a further 10 minutes and serve with steamed rice.
Notes
Same recipe can be used to make stir fried noodles. Just add the noodles.
