A deliciously easy pudding to enjoy anytime.
Ingredients
- 350 gm Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate
- 400 ml TCC Coconut Cream
- 1/2 cup Macro's Toasted Coconut Flakes
- 680 gm Morello Cherries
Instructions
- Drain the cherries complete and set aside.
- Break chocolate into smaller pieces, Put in a large microwave safe bowl and heat chocolate at 1 minute intervals until almost melted.
- Shake can of coconut cream thoroughly and add to melted chocolate and mix to combine.
- Put about 6 cherries to each small ramekin. Then pour chocolate mixture into ramekins.
- Put in fridge for 2 hours or until set.
- Top with toasted coconut flakes and serve.
Notes
You can leave pudding plain without cherries and serve with a shortbread finger.
