Instructions
Drain the cherries complete and set aside.
Break chocolate into smaller pieces, Put in a large microwave safe bowl and heat chocolate at 1 minute intervals until almost melted.
Shake can of coconut cream thoroughly and add to melted chocolate and mix to combine.
Put about 6 cherries to each small ramekin. Then pour chocolate mixture into ramekins.
Put in fridge for 2 hours or until set.
Top with toasted coconut flakes and serve.
Notes
You can leave pudding plain without cherries and serve with a shortbread finger.
