A quick and healthy meal any time.
Ingredients
- 4 Salmon fillets
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Chilli flakes
- Spray oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl mix the salt, chilli and oil to make a paste.
- Rub on skins of salmon.
- Leave to marinate for 5 minutes.
- Heat a non stick frypan on high heat.
- Spray with Oil and put fillets skin side down for 5 minutes.
- Turn over fillets and cook for 2 minutes.
- Serve with your choice of sides.
