Crispy Skin Salmon

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Chilli flakes
  • Spray oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl mix the salt, chilli and oil to make a paste.
  • Rub on skins of salmon.
  • Leave to marinate for 5 minutes.
  • Heat a non stick frypan on high heat.
  • Spray with Oil and put fillets skin side down for 5 minutes.
  • Turn over fillets and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Serve with your choice of sides.
