Salmon fillets

Sesame oil

Salt

Chilli flakes
Spray oil for frying
Instructions
In a bowl mix the salt, chilli and oil to make a paste.
Rub on skins of salmon.
Leave to marinate for 5 minutes.
Heat a non stick frypan on high heat.
Spray with Oil and put fillets skin side down for 5 minutes.
Turn over fillets and cook for 2 minutes.
Serve with your choice of sides.
