Chocolate Coconut Pudding

Ingredients
  

  • 350 gm Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate
  • 400 ml TCC Coconut Cream
  • 1/2 cup Macro's Toasted Coconut Flakes
  • 680 gm Morello Cherries

Instructions
 

  • Drain the cherries complete and set aside.
  • Break chocolate into smaller pieces, Put in a large microwave safe bowl and heat chocolate at 1 minute intervals until almost melted.
  • Shake can of coconut cream thoroughly and add to melted chocolate and mix to combine.
  • Put about 6 cherries to each small ramekin. Then pour chocolate mixture into ramekins.
  • Put in fridge for 2 hours or until set.
  • Top with toasted coconut flakes and serve.

Notes

You can leave pudding plain without cherries and serve with a shortbread finger.
