Large Chicken breasts, thickly sliced

Large Tomatoes, diced

Celery sticks, diced

Large Red capsicum, seeded and diced

Rice Bran oil

Sesame oil

Light Soy sauce

Garlic, grated

Chilli flakes

Sesame seeds dry roasted
Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together oils, mirin, soy, garlic and chilli.
Add chicken slices, mix well and marinate in fridge for an hour.
Heat a wok and add chicken and marinade.
Cook stirring for 10 minutes and put chicken on a plate to cool for 20 minutes.
In a large salad bowl, add all salad ingredients, chicken with sauce and sesame seeds.
Toss to combine and serve immediately.
