Ingredients

Wholemeal SR Flour
2
cups
Grated Cheddar

Roasted Peanuts

Softened Butter

Chilli Flakes

tsp
Dry roasted Cumin Seeds

Turmeric Powder

Fresh Curry Leaves finely minced
Instructions
Put all ingredients into a mixing bowl. Using your fingers gently rub in the butter with all ingredients to form a dough.
Roll into a log and cut log in half.
Place each log on separate cling film and roll to form a nice log and place in freezer for 20 minutes.
Remove logs from cling film and slice each log into 5mm slices. Place on cookie tray with baking paper.
Put in a preheated oven at 170C Fan Forced for 15 minutes. Let cool on rack completely.
Serve with a cup of hot tea, a cold beer, shandy or wine or just as a snack.
Notes
If you have a peanut allergy just omit the peanuts.
